Abstract
Csikai Gyula, egyes publikációiban J. Csikai (Tiszaladány, 1930. október 31. – 2021. április 19.) magyar atomfizikus, egyetemi tanár, a Magyar Tudományos Akadémia rendes tagja. Kutatási területe az atommagfizika, a neutronfizika és a nukleáris módszerek tudományos és gyakorlati alkalmazásai. 1972 és 1975 között a Kossuth Lajos Tudományegyetem Természettudományi Kar dékánja, majd 1978–1981-ben az egyetem rektorhelyettese, 1981 és 1986 között rektora. 1987-ben a Művelődésügyi Minisztérium miniszterhelyettese.
