Abstract
(Budapest, 1920. március 30. – Budapest, 2000. február 29.) fizikus, villamosmérnök, egyetemi tanár, 1957-74-ben a Központi Fizikai Kutatóintézet Szilárdtest-fizikai Intézet, 1974-87-ben az MTA Műszaki Fizikai Kutatóintézet igazgatója, a Magyar Tudományos Akadémia tagja (levelező 1973. május 11., rendes 1995. május 08.). Kutatási területe a szilárdtest-fizika.
